The collection presents the legal and political package for the final and just settlement of the Armenian Question, the protection of the rights of the Armenians of Western Armenia, more precisely, the protection of the rights of the Armenians towards the state of Armenia, the declarations and decrees, decisions and statements that are part of it, including applications addressed to the UN, the European Parliament, UNESCO․
The collection was published in Armenian (also Western Armenian), Russian, English, French, Turkish. In the case of publications in all other languages, the original is considered to be Armenian.

We express our gratitude to Joseph Avetisyan, the editor-in-chief of the “Bnorran” journal of the Council of Compatriots’ Unions, on whose initiative, based on the imperative of the time, a number of important documents and materials of this collection were published in the journal in 2013 (No. 1–6 (21–26), pp. 208–235).
