Karabakh parliament calls on Armenia, Russia, Iran to establish joint counterterrorism center

Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) National Assembly has issued a statement which reads as follows, in particular:

The National Assembly of the Artsakh Republic, underscoring regional peace, security, beneficial cooperation between the states of the region, and the fight against international terrorism, calls on the authorities of Armenia, Russia and Iran to:

1) Condemn Azerbaijan’s use of international terrorist groups and their representatives in military aggression against Artsakh.

2) Establish a joint Counterterrorism Coordination Center for detecting international terrorists who have infiltrated the region, their deployment points and corresponding military bases, and developing joint neutralization plans.

3) Establish a joint Counterterrorism Coalition to operatively and effectively physically neutralize terrorists and their groups that have infiltrated this region.
